Arbor Psychiatry Philosophy
Kati Boucher, PMHNP, has a long history of working with people in crisis and learned deeply about PTSD and ways to help people become more aware of their triggers, identify ways to reduce anxiety around these events, become more connected with themselves, and gain a sense of empowerment through the process. Medications are helpful to provide balance, reduce symptoms when therapy alone is not enough; and can improve the lives and functioning of clients once an accurate diagnosis is determined.
Kati will work with individuals to identify symptoms, patterns, and an accurate diagnosis to target these symptoms.
Your voice matters, your dreams goals, and aspirations matter.
you will be heard, and seen and your experiences are valuable.
Treatment options are individual and we will work on developing the best plan for you.

Access to mental health care is important, I value efficient and user-friendly software that is HIPPA compliant so you know your information is confidential. Clients are able to attend appointments anywhere in the state of Maine. Without needing to miss work or find child care in order to take care of themselves.
The online patient portal is a fast and easy way to reach me from any computer without needing to download anything.
Diagnostic EvaluationThis evaluation is a key component to identifying an accurate diagnosis, with consideration of past psychiatric history, and medical assessment. It may include laboratory results or diagnostic testing. This experience can be empowering and uplifting. Now that the problem has a name we can accurately treat and reduce suffering.
Medication Management Medication is often a key component of maintaining mental health for those struggling with a chronic mental illness. This is not always the right path for every person and your treatment will be tailored to your specific needs. You have the right to know the benefits and risks of treatments and I encourage this discussion. Psychiatric Evaluation- 1 hour- $240 Follow-up appointment- 20 minutes- $100
Insurance is not accepted, a superbill can be provided at the time of service to submit for insurance reimbursement.
